This weekend is fete weekend! We’re very grateful to all those who have volunteered to man stalls, serve teas, supervise discos, paint faces, marshall / time hill racers, organise bouncing on the castle and much more. It’s a great community weekend which raises vital funds for the village hall and it’s able to happen and be enjoyed because so many of you volunteer your time.
As always, we are in need of donations of home baking (for the teas and to sell), raffle prizes or bottles. These can be dropped off at the hall Friday evening during the children’s disco or Saturday morning. We are already good for books this year 😉
If you are feeling in need of exercise on Saturday morning, we have our great gazebo building caper at 9.30am! We’ve added extra stalls again this year so are hoping to match last year’s performance which saw them go up in record time.
Thanks Nethy folk, you’re amazing!
