Well this time next week the fete will be over and hopefully the kids (in fancy dress?) will have had a bounce, their faces painted, badges made, stalls and games enjoyed and had an ice cream and been stuffed full of cake and candy. You’ll be admiring your raffle prizes, remembering how great those cakes were and nursing your head from enjoying the 625s and drinking your winnings from the bottle stall at the evening do …….so that must mean it is time to be limbering up for the hill race at 1pm!!
It’s going to be GREAT weekend of fun. Saturday 15 June at the Williamson Hall Abernethy from 1 – 4pm for the fete. 8pm – midnight for the 625s gig / dance and then Sunday at 1pm in the Square for the start of the hill race. We hope to see you there!
